New cold storage design
Systems sized to budget, product, and temperature — with a site survey.
Services
A reliable cold room starts with product data, daily throughput, target temperature, pull-down time, and the way your site operates. Intercooling uses these inputs to design around your production goals, budget, and long-term energy cost.

Scope
Systems sized to budget, product, and temperature — with a site survey.
Add storage or temperature zones with as little disruption to production as possible.
Inverter/VSD, insulation, or controls upgrades to cut power use and frost problems.
Re-spec equipment to real duty and commission after install.
Preventive maintenance and repairs per contract, so uptime and temperature hold stay protected.
Factory-built panels and plant for fast install — well suited to SMEs, F&B, and mobile cold boxes.
Room types
Compare chill rooms, freezer rooms, blast chillers, blast freezers, anterooms, and specialty rooms — then match temperature, product, and workflow before design.
Process
Seven clear steps from consultation and cooling-load design through installation, commissioning, and after-sales care.
Gather product, temperature, throughput, and workflow requirements
Check space, structure, electrical supply, and install constraints
Calculate cooling load and specify insulation and refrigeration plant
Confirm scope, budget, and schedule before fabrication starts
Fabricate panels, set plant, and install to the approved design
Verify temperature hold, equipment operation, and safety before handover
Train operators, then support warranty and maintenance per contract
Pricing
Starting ranges and running-cost references by room size, plus standards and warranty notes. Final price follows the site survey.
From 60,000 THB
SME shops, compact prefab rooms, and starter chill storage.
From 300,000 THB
Mid-size chill or freezer rooms with higher daily throughput.
From 1,000,000+ THB
Large warehouses, multi-zone plants, and complex process rooms.
Figures are for planning only. The final quote depends on insulation, refrigeration plant, electrical work, and site conditions.
We select insulation, doors, floors, and controls for the temperature duty, then test operation and safety before handover — within the contract scope.
Warranty details follow the project. After handover, contact us for PM, repairs, and system upgrades.
Estimated daily and monthly electricity under typical duty. Actual use depends on product load, door cycles, and setpoint.

FAQ
Answers on scope, pricing, temperature choice, install time, power supply, and after-sales support.
New-build design and install, expansions, legacy upgrades, plant and controls replacement, plus repair and maintenance — scoped per project agreement.
Share room size, product type, daily throughput, target temperature, and power supply. Floor plans or site photos improve accuracy.
Price depends on room size, target temperature, product load, insulation, flooring, electrical work, and site. Small projects often start in the tens to hundreds of thousands of baht; industrial work may start from around one million. Request a survey-based quote for accuracy.
A chill room holds product above freezing (often about 0–10°C). A freezer room stores already-frozen goods (often about −18 to −25°C). A blast freezer is sized for rapid core pull-down at much colder setpoints — it is not a general holding room.
Yes — we survey and install nationwide. Timeline and travel depend on province and site readiness.
Small prefab rooms often install in 1–3 days. Custom or industrial builds typically need 2–6 weeks depending on size, electrical work, and site readiness. We confirm a schedule after survey and scope sign-off.
Prefab suits compact footprints, starter budgets, and fast install. Custom design fits special sizes, multi-zone temperatures, or process-driven layouts. Our engineers recommend after reviewing your operating data.
Some small rooms can run on single-phase power, but mid-to-large rooms and high loads usually need three-phase. Have an engineer check site supply before sizing equipment.
Right-sized load design, good insulation and door sealing, inverter/VSD controls, and smart defrost reduce long-term power cost. Over-sizing equipment does not automatically mean lower bills.
After handover we support preventive maintenance, repairs, and performance upgrades. Warranty details follow each project contract.
