2. Data we collect

Contact / project forms: name, company, phone, email (if provided), LINE ID, and project details (province, product type, temperature, room size, job type, notes).

Newsletter forms: email address, preferred language, and a record of consent timestamp and policy version.

Technical signals used only for bot protection and form security (for example Cloudflare Turnstile verification results), not for marketing profiles.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your project inquiry and providing an initial assessment — consent and/or steps at your request prior to entering a contract.

Sending cold-room knowledge articles and related updates when you subscribe — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Preventing spam and abuse of our forms — legitimate interest in securing our systems.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data.

We may use necessary infrastructure providers such as hosting, transactional email (e.g. Resend), and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), limited to what is required to operate the service.

5. Retention

Project inquiries: retained as long as needed to follow up and deliver related services, or as required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your rights

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and — where applicable — data portability.

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or the unsubscribe page on this site.
