Overview

From Intercooling's legacy portfolio, a Nakhon Pathom example combined a -25°C snack storage room with a production line for ready-to-cook chicken and pork skewers — a reference pattern for mid-size processed-food plants.

Design notes

These projects usually separate frozen holding from production zones:

  • Load sizing from throughput and door cycles
  • Insulation and doors rated for low-temperature storage
  • Layout that supports cleaning and maintenance

When to use / expected results

Suited to snack makers and ready-meal producers who need both frozen storage and on-site production. When load is matched, product quality is usually more consistent — outcomes depend on SKU mix and volume.
